Wenn es in einer Firma "Heilige Kühe" gibt, also Mitarbeiter die nicht angefassst werden dürfen weil sie vermeindlich zu wichtig für den Firmenerfolg sind, ist die Firma zum scheitern verurteilt. Denn diese Mitarbeiter müssen sich an keine Konventionen halten, können alles und jeden in Frage stellen, und vor allem sich alles herrausnehmen.</p> <p>Das führt über kurz oder lang zu einer kulturellen degeneration der Firma, zu einem Abwandern vom wir zu einem Einzelkämpfertum. Denn man ist eben nicht gleicher unter gleichen sondern nur Stimmvieh oder Erfüllungsgehilfe und wird, wenn es ganz blöde läuft, auch genau so behandelt.</p> <p>Das ganze kombiniert mit dem <a href="https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter-Prinzip">Peter Prinzip</a> und das ganze geht ziemlich schnell, teilweise atemberaubend.</p> <p>Ich habe mal per Zufall in einem Vortrag auf der FrosCON gesessen der sich für mich Technisch spannend anhörte. Technik war nur gar nicht darin. Der Vortrag von Martin Hoffmann von der Comittor war aber Augen öffnend was Personalführung, Firmenorganisation und Soziale Strukturen in Firmen angeht. Die ruhige und unglaublich Analytische Herangehensweise an Zusammenarbeit, soziale Kompetenz und kommunikative Fähigkeiten hat mich nachhaltig beeindruckt. Und auch <a href="https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clare_W._Graves">Clare W. Nachdem ich ja vor ein paar Tagen hier ein 256Byte DOS Demo hatte - jetzt ein 4KByte Demo - GPU und Sound. Sehr beeindruckend. Warum nochmal hatte Windows 10 so viele Gigabyte?

Mapillary Setup renew

After 6 years it was time to renew my Mapillary setup. Now switched to a used Sony FDR X3000, capable of GPS and interval pictures. Together with the remote view handset a near perfect setup.

Only the incapability to use large Micro SD cards is a little anoying. Mount it based on RAM Mounts with a improvised setup for the bike and a suction cup for the car. The strap does only secure the camera against the suction cup to fail (Which id didnt until now - even at a 140km/h)

I am not mounting the cam on the windshield as then i'd have a lot of the bonnet in the images.

Up to now a very pleasent setup.
