Really old Debian

This is a really old installation which got updated over time. It seems Debian Versions once did have different constraints. I couldnt even remember those times.

Then suidregister and suidunregister were removed and now we have a failed deinstallation postrm. So removing this package required to comment some suid unregistering.

I think i'll try to setup some cnews + uucp feed :)
