Mikrotik CRS326 dead after powercycle

It now happened 2 times in the last 2 Weeks that after a Powercycle the Mikrotik CRS326 was bricked after a powercycle. No link on any port, serial dead. After "factory reset" it came up like a charm with "Boot configuration CRC error" - WTF?
